§ 1 Scope
These Terms apply to the use of the TakeMeTo travel planner and to the purchase of credits and subscriptions via the app and website.
§ 1a Registration, minimum age and start of performance
Using TakeMeTo requires registration. By registering you accept these Terms and confirm that you are at least 16 years old. Purchasing paid services (credits, subscriptions) requires you to be of legal age or to have the consent of your legal guardians. When buying digital content you agree that we begin performance immediately; to that extent your right of withdrawal expires upon full performance or for credits already consumed (see the withdrawal notice).
§ 2 Description of service
TakeMeTo is an AI-assisted travel planner. Generated trip plans, recommendations and prices are non-binding suggestions based on external data sources.
Intermediary role: TakeMeTo is not a tour operator and does not conclude any travel, accommodation or transport contracts. Bookings are made exclusively between you and the respective external provider; TakeMeTo merely forwards you to those providers.
§ 3 Credits
Credits are an internal unit of account with no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for money, are non-transferable and can only be used within TakeMeTo.

Allowance (monthly quota): credited again with each subscription period and expires at the end of the period unless transferable as carryover.

Carryover: unused allowance credits are carried over to the next period up to a tier-dependent cap (carryover cap); any surplus expires.

Credit packs: one-time purchased credits do not expire periodically.
•
Consumption order: credits are used on a FIFO basis (top-up first, then carryover, then referral, allowance last).

Referral credits: credits granted for invitations may be subject to separate validity and expiry rules.
§ 4 Subscriptions & credit purchases
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled. Credit packs and the custom amount are one-time purchases with no renewal.

Credit packs (Starter / Popular / Best Value) and a freely chosen custom amount: one-time credit purchase with no subscription commitment.
§ 5 Prices (PAngV)
All prices are gross prices and include the applicable statutory VAT (PAngV). The total price payable is shown before the purchase is completed.

Premium: 24.99 € / month (or 249.90 € / year) incl. VAT.
•
Credit packs: 10 €, 25 € or 50 € depending on the chosen pack, or freely selectable from 5 € to 200 €, one-time incl. VAT.
The current prices shown at checkout apply. The gross total price shown there is decisive.
§ 6 Payment
Payments are processed via our payment service provider Stripe. The payment methods offered at checkout apply.
§ 7 Term & cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the period; no further automatic renewal occurs. One-time credit packs have no term.
§ 8 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, in particular on early expiry and the treatment of used credits, are set out in the withdrawal notice.
§ 9 Liability
TakeMeTo is not liable for the accuracy, availability or contractual performance of external providers. No warranty is given for AI-generated content (e.g. trip plans, prices, opening hours); please verify the information yourself before booking. Otherwise, statutory liability rules apply.
§ 10 Final provisions
German law applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
Consumer dispute resolution: We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
