Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lakeside Park Capital GmbH, Werinherstr. 15, 83684 Tegernsee, Germany, email: [email protected]) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal statement — subject to the rules below on services already rendered and credits already used.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract on the supply of digital content/services, your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us starting before the end of the withdrawal period and you confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed.

Special rule for credits

For credits already used, you waive your right of withdrawal with your express consent at purchase (the service is deemed fully performed to that extent). Credits not yet used are refundable; the refund is made on a FIFO basis (see Terms § 3) proportionally for the unused portion.
